These Terms govern your use of Triprr, a trip-planning service operated by Triprr LTD (registered in Cyprus, registration number ΗΕ 487414). By using Triprr you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You need an account to plan trips. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16, or have parental consent where required by local law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Triprr to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, scrape at scale, attack the service, or upload harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trips, photos, and notes you upload. You grant Triprr a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your content as needed to run the service and, for trips you mark public, to show them to other users.
AI features
Triprr uses AI models to suggest stops, routes, and hotels. Suggestions may be inaccurate. Always confirm critical details (opening hours, prices, border requirements) before you rely on them.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds follow applicable EU consumer law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms after notice where reasonable.
Liability
Triprr is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
